All players MUST be CIPP'd with USA Rugby when they come to practice:

We NEED a copy of your birth certificate, health insurance and any other photo ID

Players should take their own drinking water supply to each practice session.

Rules:
• Forms must be filled out and handed to Coach prior to participation.
• Mouth guard is mandatory for contact rugby
• The Club must have a copy of players Medical Insurance Card
• Prior to any game/match/tournament/practice play each player must be CIPP’d.
