We welcome new players from both sexes and all levels of experience from rank beginner to former players ages 8 and under.
Mini Rugby is played in 'Flag' form only. That is, no tackle or intentional physical contact is allowed (similar to 'Flag' football rules).
The intent is to simply foster a basic understanding of the rules and to introduce young prospective players to the game in a fun, fair and positive environment.

• Forms must be filled out and handed to Coach prior to participation.• Mouth guard is mandatory for contact rugby• The Club must have a copy of players Medical Insurance Card
